The breakfast was plentiful and the pool was great. The staff was excellent and efficient and made us feel comfortable.

I'd say that room was large, it had coffee & tea making machines and fridges, that's handy. The breakfast was plentiful with toast and coffee, for instance, really enjoyed what was offered.

Its stunning, central location was a plus.

Our nicely furnished and brand-new room had coffee, a lovely balcony, and a storage space. The breakfast was well organized and savoury there.

The staff was very helpful and helpful enough, the hotel was fairly clean and placed in a central part of the city very close to pubs and shops, the theatre, restaurants and attractions, and the center of town. The continental breakfast I ordered was plentiful. The location was excellent for walking around a late Medieval church...

Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

The Standard Twin Room featured modern fixtures and a well-designed layout that maximized space-definitely a plus for a short stay. Details like the comfortable bedding and ample natural light from the windows added a nice touch.

The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, resulting in multiple wake-ups due to discomfort during the night. Privacy on the balcony of the Double Room was somewhat compromised, which may not suit everyone's needs-a minor irritation for a couple seeking a romantic getaway. The toiletries provided in tiny plastic bottles raised concerns about environmental sustainability, and larger refillable options would be a welcome change.

Nice little getaway!

Had a chill two-night stay. The heated spa pool was awesome for sore muscles! The staff were super friendly, especially at the bar where I enjoyed a nice drink. Only issue was the noise from the main road outside the balcony, kinda distracting at times. The room was comfy and the coffee machine was a nice touch too.

My room was very comfortable and super quiet. The location was great and just a short walk from everything. I loved that the reception staff really cared about my preferences. The free access to the pool and sauna was a nice touch.

Lack of onsite parking conveniently close!!! Cleanliness issues in rooms can really take away from a nice stay!!! Noise disturbances from the pool area certainly detracted from our experience!!! Long wait times during check-in added unnecessary frustration!!!

The Standard Double Room was spacious and super comfy. Loved the big bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was a highlight with a luxurious bathtub and a walk-in shower. Also appreciated the clean towels and toiletries that were restocked. WiFi worked great too. The air conditioning was a lifesaver since it got a bit warm during the night.
